Before using our services you are required to read the user agreement and accept all the terms and conditions mentioned below.


Products & Services

The information on our products and services is provided to you so that you can learn what products we generally offer. The products and service statements on this Website are for general description purposes only. Furthermore, not all the products or services are available in every state or country. For further clarification you may contact via mail at dipakbasak@annapurnatravels.com or over telephone.

a. Hotels: While booking a hotel trough us please carefully go through your every essential requirements. We generally provide the informations that the hotels provides us.
In case of package tours we generally provide twin sharing, neat & clean ,well decorated room, but not Star Category.So if you need any special requirement please make it clear at the time of booking.
Renovation at hotels is normally undertaken at sole discretion of hotels and not necessarily is informed to us. Incase of any dispute we will not be liable for a disruption in information.

b. Sightseeing: We generally follow Govt. sight seeing route.You have a choice private sightseeing tours. Please choose the same carefully. Panoramic tours do not allow you to stop at the site of the attractions. You will have to follow a schedule. Entrances to attractions are not included in city tours unless specified.

c. Airlines: You have a choice of full service and low cost airline options.Low cost airlines do not have all services available on board hence please choose the airlines carefully before booking. Kindly go through the fare rules and also select your class of travel. There are paper tickets and/or e-tickets that will be provided to you. Both are valid to travel by the airlines. However certain airlines do not entertain e-tickets. In such cases you will be issued paper tickets. We are only an intermediary party hence cannot be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of flight or change of route – a decision taken by the airline. You will be subject to all terms and conditions as per the airlines.

d. Rail: Generally we offer sleeper class reservation ticket. For higher class tickets please make the confirmation at the time of booking. We can not issue tickets, only we can purchase tickets on behalf of you as per availability of Railway.Please refer to individual rules applicable against rail. These rules will be applicable for each transaction made through us.

e. Convenience: We generally offer our guests 2X2 bus with pushback seating facility or small cars.For any special arrangement please make it clear at the time of booking.

Annapurna Travels is only a tour organizer. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we control or own any shipping company hotel or transport or any other facility or service mentioned at the time of booking or on the site. We take care in selecting all the principles however but because we select them- we have no control on running them. We cannot be held responsible for any lack of service by any independent agency airline transport hotel or any other service provider.We are not responsible for kind of Natural Calamities or Political problems.We have the right to alter the route in necessary conditions.


Baggage

For package tours limit of an individual will be one bag and a suitcase of normal size.For extra baggage you have to pay extra charge
You will have to limit yourself as per normal baggage policy of the airlines in the respective class that you have chosen to fly. Any excess baggage that you carry shall remain your responsibility. Any loss of baggage by the airlines or the passenger will be the sole responsibility of the airline and the passenger. Normally economy class 20kgs is permitted however You are requested to kindly refer to the baggage rules of the individual airlines as the same gets updated from time to time.


Payment

At the time booking please book with Rs.2500/- per head (For Domestic Tours) + Train/Air Fare.
You have to pay the rest of the amount 15 days before the journey.


Cancellation

For domestic package:
Before 15 days of journey the cancellation charge will 10% of the total amount.
Before 7 days of journey the cancellation charge will 25% of the total amount.
Before 3 days of journey the cancellation charge will 50% of the total amount.
After that no amount will be returned.

It will take 15 days to process refunds for any package booking and for cancellation of Air or Railway tickets the rules made by them will be followed.
